‘Work’ the core of our being, the hard drive inside that keeps us running day and night, the definition of who we are…or is it! 

Work takes up so much of our time; usually we laugh and say that our working environment is like our second home. Many years ago the standard working day was from 9-5. Today if you work less than 10 hours colleagues ask if you’re working half a day! 

Is this what it has all come down to? 

At 3Sixty we decided to take the necessary steps to make our working environment enjoyable and above all creative. 

We basically followed our hearts going with the fresh perspective that we so believe in. 

• It would have been handy to choose central Tel Aviv, situated in the business center but instead we opted for a small Moshav in the Sharon area.
• Instead of the nicely decked out hi-tech office we opted for a rackety shack that oozes with personality, together with all it creaks and squeaks.
• Instead of spending time going up and down in lifts to access the outdoors we opted for an office with a deck and a garden, surrounded by trees and fields.
• We opted for the easy stress free parking option – parking in less than 5 seconds!
• We opted for a less congested traffic zone – shush, don’t tell anyone!
• We have two rabbits (one called “Fresh” and the other we called “Perspective”), frequent visitors to our garden.
• We have wild parrots who visit our trees, a ginger cat called “Garfield” and if you’re lucky you may just spot an otter or peacock too!
• We have peace of mind, a quite place to think and the flexibility to work in or out of doors

               

The white rabbit is 'Fresh' and the black rabbit is 'Perspective'. 
The image in the last picture is the 3Sixty 'INUKSUK'. Built in the image of man, they are the signature of the Arctic landscape of a hunter who has previously passed away. Their strength of presence gives comfort to travellers, assuring them that they are not alone.  They also indicate safe passage and natural shelter.
